At FEAS you buy powerful and particularly robust power supplies (IP65 / IP68) for harsh industrial environments. The electronic of the power supply units (IP65 / IP68) is fully encapsulated with casted resin and this is covered in an aluminum housing. This ensures high vibration resistance, dust protection and moisture protection of classes IP65 to IP68K.
Power line (IP65 / IP68) - fully encapsulated and as a cable version
FEAS offers a variety of power supplies as cable versions. With full cast resin encapsulation and reliably sealed cable inlets and outlets and LEDs, all these power supplies meet at least the requirements of protection class IP65, power supplies without potentiometers even up to IP68. But even with devices with a potentiometer, you can usually achieve protection class IP68K by subsequent sealing.
IP65 / IP68 / IP68K
IP protection classes define the protection of electrical equipment against contact, against foreign objects and against water. Housing and covers must be designed in such a way that they comply with the required IP protection classes. The IP protection classes have the following meaning:
► IP65: sealed against dust, protected against contact and water drops
► IP68: tight against dust, protected against contact and even against permanent immersion
► IP68K: additionally protected against hot water jets (100bar, 80°C)
